Chicken sympathy cards
It was after the loss of our 5-year old hen Connie to cancer that I realized the gap in support for those who lose a chicken. There are ways in our culture to express sympathy for the death of a dog, cat or horse, but until now, not for chickens. When you lose a member of your flock, it's never "just a chicken." Chickens are pets, companions, and give us breakfast. I designed my line of chicken sympathy cards, Connie’s Cards to fill this gap, so that now you can express your feelings about the loss of a hen with a card specifically designed for chicken bereavement.
